Lauren is a dedicated yogi, mediation and mindfulness practitioner and teacher.
🧘♂️ Yoga Teacher: With a passion for the ancient art of yoga, I have dedicated 20 years to the practice of yoga. I am pleased to help individuals discover the profound benefits of vinyasa yoga. Through my classes, I aim to guide you in harnessing the power of your breath and movement to find serenity, strength, and flexibility both on and off the mat.
🧘♀️ Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher: In our fast-paced world, the practice of meditation and mindfulness is an oasis of tranquility. I have honed my skills through 7 years of dedicated practice and 4 years of teaching. Together, we’ll explore mindfulness meditation techniques to cultivate inner peace, enhance focus, and nurture a deeper connection to the present moment.
🌟 Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens Teacher: Adolescence can be a tumultuous journey, and I am one of the select few certified teachers of Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens in Australia. I am deeply committed to supporting our younger generation in building resilience, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. Let’s empower our teens to navigate life’s challenges with grace and compassion.
📚 Bachelor of Education Student: I am currently on my own educational journey, as a 2nd year Bachelor of Secondary Education (English) student. It is my aim to blend different aspects of my passions and experiences into my professional work, using my background in teaching Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens to create a safe and supportive classroom environment.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that the integration of mind, body, and heart is the key to true well-being.
